Correctly this is what we at the FURIDA-(FORESTATION AND URBAN-RURAL INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) have been focusing on since its formation way back in October, 1995. Located in Shakarpur, Delhi with main branch in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand as a grassroots-level trust, FURIDA has, over the years, made a definite dent in running an old age home, shelter for homeless people, distributing food, educating students from deprived sections, disabled people, providing health services, art and culture program by innovating and implementing a multitude of initiatives aimed at supporting as well as supplementing the formal opportunities available to the needy belonging to the low sections of the society.

Located in Gerua, SeraiKela-Kharsawan, and Baradwari, these homes provide shelter, food, healthcare, emotional support, and dignified living for elderly citizens who have been abandoned or neglected. Together, these facilities support more than 100 senior residents in a loving environment.
